“Spiritual Spa”

{Relief Society Enrichment nights, firesides, and birthday celebrations}

What do waxing, facials, and manicures have to do with our spiritual well-being? Take a trip to our “Spiritual Spa” to find out! Through word and song, Mercy River highlights a few principles to keep us spiritually rejuvenated, including massaging out stiffnecks and hard hearts, taking time for ourselves, exerting our limited energy to what is “most needful,” and utilizing the comfort, peace, and assurance of the atonement. Treat your spirit to a night of renewal and refreshment!

“Your Teenage Survival Kit”

{Youth firesides, youth conferences, and Standards Nights}

Did you know the Lord wants us to TEXT? But not in the way you think! And what do Frosted Flakes have to do with dating? Using the scriptures, personal experiences, humor, and music, Mercy River identifies “items” every teen should have in their own Teenage Survival Kit. Topics include choosing good friends, studying the scriptures, dating with standards, utilizing the atonement, and more.

“The Great and Spacious Makeup Kit”

{Young Women firesides, New Beginnings, and YW in Excellence}

The items in our “Spiritual Makeup Kit” combat the “Great and Spacious Makeup Kit”—also known as Satan’s deceptions. A “foundation” of scriptures and prayer, “tweezing” bad habits out of our lives, and avoiding behaviors that will make us “blush” in the presence of God are all ways to gain confidence in our divine natures and develop our inner beauty. Mercy River discusses these principles and many more through word and song.

“Your Girls Camp Survival Kit”

{Ward/Stake Girls Camps, or YW firesides before/after camp}

Using fun camp metaphors such as bug spray and first aid kits, Mercy River explores how we can become Steadfast and Immovable. Topics include living up to the Lord’s standards, making good choices, and tightening our testimonies. Mercy River’s music (along with a few sing alongs!), and a program packed with audience participation is the perfect way to get excited about camp.

“Christmas Program”

{Christmas parties, firesides, or programs}

Enjoy an evening of inspirational music and thoughts about the Savior, sure to invite the spirit of Christmas.

“Concert”

Through song, stories, and even a few give-a-ways, Mercy River creates a fun-filled, family-friendly evening. Enjoy music that ranges from inspirational and sacred to toe-tapping and upbeat. Beautiful harmonies with a touch of Celtic influence make this faith-based evening unforgettable.
