Whitney Permann

Whitney Permann was first introduced to music by her mother’s voice before she was even born. By the age of two she was singing at the piano and by the age of three she was already in the spotlight. Whether it was performing with her siblings, singing with her mother’s children’s performance group, or participating in school choirs, music was always a very natural part of Whitney’s life. While attending Rick’s college, she formed a musical fireside group called “From the Heart,” which is still thriving today, and was also a member of the Ricks College Showtime Company (which is how she met her husband Rock). After Rock and Whitney were married they sang together in BYU’s Concert Choir as well as in Jenny Phillip’s Fireside Group for several years.Whit

Whitney is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho but currently resides in Spanish Fork, Utah with her husband and their three children Braden, Gavin and Calyn. Some of her favorite things include reading, writing, singing, being a mom, boating, Tide© laundry detergent, sitting in front of the fireplace, and homemade chicken noodle soup. She’s previously recorded on albums including Lessons of Love, The Miracle, Daughter of a King, Steadfast and Immovable, Day of Praise and The Greatest Gift.
